Rule 1

• Only capitalize Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa if
  they DONT have the word MY in front of it.
• Example
• Grandpa lives down the road.
• My grandpa lives down the road.

• Do not capitalize the names of seasons.
• Example
• I love when the leaves change in the fall.

• Capitalize proper nouns
• Example
• Slidell Junior High, Louisiana, Michael Jordan

• When writing a letter, capitalize the first
  letter of the salutation and the first letter of
  the closing.
• Example
• Dear Mrs. Smith,
• Yours truly,

• When writing about specific courses, you must

• When using quotations, capitalize the first word.

• M stands for months
• I stands for I whenever you talk about

• N stands for names of things People, streets,
  countries, ect.
• T stands for titles
• S stands for start of sentences
