• 2. Where is the best location for the colony?
• 3. What resources are available?
• 4. How will available resources be used?

• Water purification system purifies water from
  Europas ocean.
• Food will be grown through a hydroponic drip
  system.
• A fish hatchery will be operated in Europas
  ocean.
