Clinical Features
  • Abrupt onset of systemic symptoms
  • Headache, fever, chills, myalgia, malaise, cough,
    sore throat
  • Fever 38-44? , gradual defeverescence over a 3-5
    days
  • Respiratory complaints more prominent as systemic
    symptoms subside
  • Frank dyspnea, hyperpnea, cyanosis, consolidation
