guidelines on how to troubleshoot issues on the
Wireless Batteryless pushbuttonNow, let you
guided! You can choose independently one of
following parts to troubleshoot
Check the transmitter
Check the receiver
Check the radio communication
Check the repeater

Transmitter
  • Can you hear a click when actuating the
    pushbutton ?

NO
YES
4
No click
Cause Solution
The actuation distance is not reach Push until reaching the limit stop (4,3mm)
The transmitter block is detached from the head Fix properly the transmitter block on the fixing collar of the head according to the below instructions

Setting problem on configurable receiver (ZBRRA / ZBRRC)
Problem on non configurable receiver (XB5RFB01 / XB5RMB03)
6
Receiver
The receiver is not powered On
Cause Solution
The wires are not connected properly, Fuse destroy, polarity inversion Check wiring fuse protection, polarity, connectors (screw tightening, contact cleanness, ...)
the input voltage level is not within specifications of instruction sheet Check the input voltage level. Replace the power supply if voltage is out of range.
is the problem solved ?
YES
NO
7
Receiver
Outputs does not work properly
Cause Solution
The wires are not connected properly, The load is defective Bad polarity of the load The protection fuse of supply power of the load is destroyed. Check wiring protection fuse , polarity, connectors (screw tightening, contact cleanness, ...) and the load.
The load is not compatible to the receiver Check the compatibility of the load with current ratings.

Receiver
Setting problem on programmable receiver (ZBRRA /
ZBRRC)
The signal strengh LED is not working
Teach procedure for Stop/Start outputs
Confirm the output selection by pressing the OK
button (ie Q2 is selected). You must teach in
first the Stop button, then select it (Stop/Start
LED is blinking 2 times per seconde) by pressing
the OK button. Finally, Q2 LED is blinking 2
times per seconde and Stop/Start LED is steady.
This indicates that the receiver is ready to
teach the Stop button
?

19
Receiver
Setting problem on programmable receiver (ZBRRA /
ZBRRC)
The signal strengh LED is not working
Solution
Test with the transmitter next to receiver without obstacle
Is the signal strengh LED
Yellow ON?
OFF ?
Green ON?
20
Receiver
Problem on non configurable receiver
(XB5RFB01/XB5RMB03)
Is the receiver ID is the same as transmitter ID ?
YES
NO
21
Receiver
Problem on non configurable receiver
(XB5RFB01/XB5RMB03)
The receiver ID is not the same as transmitter ID
Solution
You must use the good Transmitter configurated with receiver
Bring the transmitter next to the receiver (No obstacle)
Actuate the transmitter
Is the relay switching ?
YES
NO
22
Receiver
Problem on non configurable receiver
(XB5RFB01/XB5RMB03)
