  well at the material in a way that enables the
  students to fully grasp the concepts.

  the advisee. I can guide him /her to find the
  answers. I am supportive in his/her communication
  of the results.
• Researcher (Myself, research society) I am able
  to understand and explain what the problems or
  issues are. I am able to put forward theories,
  experiments and results. I can clearly
  communicate with others throughout the whole
  process.
