• Which hundred is it nearest to

• Rules
• If it ends in a number between 1 and 49 round to
  the hundred before
• If it ends in a number between 51 and 99, round
  to the hundred after
• If it ends in 50 (which is half way between two
  hundreds) always round up to the higher hundred

• Round off 2143
• It is between 2100 and 2200
• It ends in 43, so it rounds down to 2100
• (You only have to go back 43 to get to 2100, but
  you would have to go forward 57 to get to 2200)

• It is between 7400 and 7500
• It ends in 56, so it rounds up to 7500
• (You only have to go forward 44 to get to 7500,
  but you would have to go back 56 to get to 7400)
