• How to prepare for the days ahead

Those in the 'know' say we are headed for some
difficult times in 2011Yet we do not fear

Mat 631 "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will
we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will
we wear for clothing?' 32 "For the Gentiles
eagerly seek all these things for your heavenly
Father knows that you need all these things. 33
"But seek first His kingdom and His
righteousness, and all these things will be added
to you. 34 "So do not worry about tomorrow for
tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has
enough trouble of its own

tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and
spend a year there and engage in business and

your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a
vapor that appears for a little while and then

The Parable of the 10 Virgins

• 10 virgins go out to meet the bridegroom
• Dont know time of his arrival (They do know the
  day)
• 5 take extra oil (in case he is late)
• 5 take no extra (assuming he will come soon)

• Bridegroom waited until the midnight hour
• Virgins fell asleep, their lamps were still lit

• At midnight the Bridegrooms approach is
  announced
• Lamps are trimmed to make them brighter for the
  approaching groom
• Matthew 258-9
• All the lamps would have been low on oil
• 5 use their extra oil to refill their lamps
  they were prepared
• 5 want the others to share they thought they
  didnt need to prepare
• Still no certainty how long until the groom comes
  or enters the feasting hall
• The wise might need all the oil they had, so they
• Tell the foolish to run buy some more oil

  has a money belt is to take it along, likewise
  also a bag, and whoever has no sword is to sell

  with the Holy Spirit

• Act 16 So when they had come together, they

  time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?"

  know times or epochs which the Father has fixed
  by His own authority

  Spirit has come upon you and you shall be My
  witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and

So what do we need to know as a Church and
believers for the days ahead?

• God gives us clear signs and clear direction.
• We are going to go over exactly what the Bible
  says about the Remnant Bride of Christ as she
  prepares for the wedding feast (the rapture) and
  prepares to endure to the midnight hour.
• Truly, the signs are all around us
