- Eligibility
- Have served and qualified for at least 20 years'
creditable military service, including National
Guard, Reserve and Active Duty, under the same
requirement specified for entitlement to retired
pay for non-regular service under Chapter 67,
Title 10, United States Code. - Have at least 15 years of the aforementioned
service as a member of the North Carolina
National Guard. - Have received an honorable discharge from the
North Carolina National Guard. - Application for the NCNG State Pension a (OTAGNC
Form 127-1-R) and direct deposit authorization
should be submitted to the Adjutant Generals
Office, ATTN AGSA, 4105 Reedy Creek Road,
Raleigh, NC 27607-6410, approximately 6 months
prior to retirees 60th birthday.

18IBHS SECTION SUMMARY
- Mission
- The NCNG Integrated Behavioral Health System
(IBHS) is driven by a team of contracted,
qualified, licensed clinicians and behavioral
health case managers known collectively as the
Psychological Services Section (PSS) dedicated to
helping Guard members and their Families by
assessing for immediate behavioral health needs
and offering connection to internal as well as
federal, state, and community (external)
resources (both clinical and non-clinical) where
appropriate. The NCNG PSS staff are regionally
located throughout the state and housed in NCNG
Family Assistance Centers where the collaboration
allows for outreach as well as a platform for
partnership with all regional resources. - Services
