  SmartUp, TEAMwork, THINK, WISTCIS
• Discussions on opportunities of future
  co-operation between EU and Baltic organisations
  (And even between Baltics one!)
• Partners finding, building of new consortia for
  future projects in the context of the new IST
  programme (6 Frame Work programme)
• More than 30 agreements to co-operate have been
  signed between EU and Baltic States organisations
