• Selargius has very old origins. There are
  30,000 inhabitants.

• One of the most important festivals in
  selargius is a wedding called Sposalizio
  Selargino.
• This festival has been in use for 41 years.
  The bride and brigegroom wear old costumes.

• There is a procession which is divided in two
  groups, one with men and one with women.
• When they arrive in the church, the priest
  celebrates the wedding in the typicol dialect.

• In the end there is a lunch where the guests
  sing and dance to welcome the new married couple.
