• The Dean will receive referrals for the following
  offenses
• Chronic defiance
• Chronic disruption
• Committing obscene acts
• Continued harassment
• Falsely reporting a fire or bomb
• Fighting

• After having implemented a combination of these
  strategies to address a specific behavior and the
  behavior has not improved and/or it has become
  chronic, you may refer to the Dean. Submit the
  completed referral form, and provide
  documentation of previous actions taken.

  determine appropriate consequence according to
  the offense and previous record.
• Progressive Discipline may once again start at
  this level.
