  statute and can operate pretty much however you
  need or want it to in local contexts and in a
  responsible and timely manner with full sharing
  with the Board.

• Authority. Advisor needs authority consistent
  with duties.

  description.
• Meetings. Frequency and formality delineated by
  advisory and organizations needs.

  be co-opted as external collaborators for their
