UNDERWRITING AND CONCEPTS

• This program is for 1 2 power units.
• We are able to bind larger risks with different
  guidelines which we can go over with you in
  detail. We can even custom tailor a master
  policy for a client with 100 or more trucks. Call
  for details.

DRIVERS

• Maximum of 3 moving violations for last three
  years. Only one violation in current year is
  allowed.
• Subject to receipt of MVRs at time of quoting.
• Minimum eligible age of driver is 23. Drivers
  over 65 must meet company guidelines.

EQUIPMENT

• Maximum age of equipment without approval is 20
  years. We must receive a mechanical inspection
  within 10 days of binding for units between 10
  to15 years old. All units between 15 to 20 years
  old must have the mechanical inspection received
  prior to binding.
• No private passenger vehicles allowed under this
  program.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

• At least 80 Intermodal operations and a minimum
  of 20 or less general freight only.
• Driver need not have had prior insurance under
  his own name. He will qualify if he provides the
  name of the motor carrier he hauled for.
• Driver must have two years of commercial driving
  experience in the vehicle being insured.

PAYMENT PLANS

• One month deposit first installment and monthly
  payments.
• Insured is either billed directly or we can set
  up the billing through the agent.
