• Fundamental to our comprehension of the world
• Unity how a higher level can arise from a lower
  level

• conscious subjects primary, original and real

  intentionality and do represent the world

• NN and control system
• Behaviorism goal of ANN was to control the
  behavior of agent
• Lacks goal and motivation of the controlat least
  one subject needed
• ANN learn to implement a particular function or
  behaviornot different from control theory

• Value system is important for a subject.
• A human subject is able to select new
  motivations, and has a conscious experience of
  the value with this motivations.
