  802.16-10/0061r3 and authorize the editor to
  create a new P802.16m/D11 based on those
  resolutions
• To authorize the editor to correct any ASN.1 code
  formatting and syntax errors, and any internal
  ASN.1 naming inconsistencies, and to include a
  text file, containing only the contents of Annex
  R.2, in the SB recirculation
