• Handicapped or disabled persons, persons with
  limited mobility (due to excessive distance or
  costs, or lack of public transportation), parents
  taking care of little children, persons in
  household and those who cannot keep in touch with
  their employer on regular basis
• Employees in industry and ICT who need lifelong
  learning and re-qualification in order to keep
  and improve their position in the job market
