A Tobacco Control Plan for England

• By the end of 2015, we want to reduce smoking

  April 2009 to March 2010)
• 12 or less for 15 year olds (compared to 15 in
  2009)
• 11 or less for pregnant women, measured at the
  time of giving birth (compared to 14 over 2009
  to 2010)
