• Information is collected and published quarterly
• In some instances, we are establishing baseline
  data over this next year in order to measure our
  services to campus, such as response times
• We will be conducting a customer satisfaction
  survey this month and will include information
  from it on the dashboard as well. A message from
  Vice Provost Mary Lidstrom will be sent out soon.
