From Inspiration to Mastery
3
Leadership is the capacity to influence others
through inspiration, motivated by a passion,
generated by a vision, produced by conviction,
ignited by a purpose. Myles Munroe The Spirit of
Leadership

Golden Circle of PurposeThink Different

Think Different
Heres to the crazy ones. The misfits. The
rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in
the square holes. The ones who see things
differently. Theyre not fond of rules. And
they have no respect for the status quo. You
can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or
vilify them. About the only thing you cant do
is ignore them. Because they change things.
They push the human race forward. And while
some may see them as the crazy ones, we see
genius. Because the people who are crazy enough
to think they can change the world, are the ones
who do.

Diversity
  • Diversity is a cultural climate which allows
people to maximize their potential by embracing
    and promoting each others holistic
    characteristics.

10
Inclusion
  • A workplace culture fostered by all, regardless
of position, that promotes respect, trust, open
dialogue, and career development support for all
    personnel. An inclusive organization recognized
and integrates the attributes of the workforce to
    successfully accomplish the mission.

11
Inclusion
  • Each person feels authentically valued, heard and
    respected.
  • Each person is recognized, developed and their
unique talents are routinely tapped in service of
    the organizations goals.
  • People are valued, not in spite of their
differences, but because there is an
    understanding that differences in background,
experience and point of view can enhance
    organizational effectiveness.

15
The Cornerstones of Diversity and Inclusion
  1. Diversity is about inclusion and
    engagementleaving no one behind!
  2. Success is the ability to work together.
  3. The most important issue is always human dignity
    and respect.
  4. Prejudice is eliminated by developing
    high-performance teams.
  5. True diversity is ensuring diversity of thought
at all levels of the organization.

16
The Cornerstones of Diversityand Inclusion
  1. Everyone adds talent and value and must be
developed and offered full opportunity to
    achieve.
  2. Diversity solutions must be situation-specific.
  3. Diversity is a philosophy and is everyones
    responsibility.
  4. You do not have to be one of tostand with.
    Eliminate blind spots.

17
How do we demonstrate Ayoba?Get your MOJO
working! The moment we do something that is
purposeful, powerful, and positive, and the rest
of the world recognizes it!!
18
Faith connects you to energy, to belief, to
self-esteem to confidence, to the recognition of
the power that you have inside of you. You have
to have Faith in yourself. You have to believe
in you. VISION something better for yourself
everyday!!
19
Potential What is Potential? Its hidden ability.
Its something built into you. Potential says
anything may be possible. Potential is something
that is possible opposed to something that is
actual. Capable of being or becoming. A latent
excellence of ability that may not be developed
at this point. There is something in you that
some people dont want you to discover.
Potential must be exercised in order to be
fulfilled. A demand must be placed on Potential,
or pressure, for it to be released. This is a
principle. Unless demand is made on the
Potential, you will die with the Potential.
Potential doesnt just ooze out, it doesnt just
come out, a demand must be placed on it. There
is Potential in everyone. Your Potential is
unlimited. You need to give your ability a
responsibility.
20
You can put a demand on your own ability. Unless
a demand is made on it, you will die with it.
You have to expect more of yourself than the
accomplishments that are easily within your
reach. You have to say to yourself I decide
that I am going to do something that I have never
done before. You have to make that decision.
You have to be a steward of the Potential that is
locked inside of you. Your social environment,
your culture, your friends dont know your
Potential. Your Potential is limitless. Its
open ended. Your true ability cannot be
measured. Its time for you to go beyond the
limitations that others, or you, have set for
you. Its time to go beyond your failures and
fears. Its time for you to rise up and be
better. Its time for you to be capable of
becoming what you were born to be. Your
Potential needs to be unlocked. This is a
diversity issue.
21

Focus is concentration, consistency, discipline,
getting rid of distractions, paying attention to
exactly what you want, getting the clutter out
of your brain, commitment to accomplishing
something and zeroing in on whats important.
This is where you learn resilience!
22
Fire is the connection between the brain and the
heart that leads to execution. Fire is what
wont let you stop. It is the push, the drive,
the inspiration, the I can do all things, the
will power. Fire is the PASSION that refuses to
let you quit.PPPAAASSSSIIIIOOONNN!

Relationships Matter. Family Matters. Concern,
Compassion, and Love for those who have touched
our life in some way move us. From a small
contribution to a major contribution, at the end
of the day, its all about the value that has
been added to our lives because of our families.

The Happiness Advantage 5 Habits 21 Days
  • 1. Three things that you are thankful for
    everyday. Be specific.
  • 2. Meditate/Pray/Time alone each
  • day.
  • 3. Journaling
  • 4. Exercise
  • 5. Acts of Random Kindness

26
Why is health important? The human body replaces
its entire water supply about every week. Blood
cells experience a complete turnover every 60-120
days, and the entire blood supply is renewed
every 3-4 months. Maintaining optimal health and
achieving youthful vitality requires a
multi-pronged approach, done with consistency,
discipline and laser focus.

  • From now on I vow I will work to be a better
person, TEN TIMES bigger than I am now, for by so
doing, I construct greater powers in my own
brain, which will actually build me into such a
leader. I refuse to be confined by the shadowy
walls which up to now have cramped me into a
narrow sphere. From this day forth the word
limit is banished from my mind.

33
I have only just a minute, only sixty seconds in
it forced upon me, I didnt choose it, but its up
to me to use it I must suffer if I lose it, give
account if I abuse it just a tiny little minute,
but eternity is in it! Ondra_at_guardianquest.com
