  • We are construction unions
  • Organized by trade ie. Plumber, electrician,
    sheet metal worker
  • About 7,000 members in Saskatchewan

What Do We Do?
  • We build major projects such as hospitals, power
    plants and potash mines
  • We dont build houses we are focussed on
    industrial construction

What is Apprenticeship?
  • A work-based education system
  • Work and get paid most of the year
  • Attend school for two months once per year
  • Receive employment insurance while going to
    school
  • Learn on the job
  • Earn while you learn
