Hull frames are set onto a floor jig

Bow, stern posts and bulkheads are positioned

Planking is laid over the frames to form the hull

The wood planks are glued and sealed with epoxy
resin

A further diagonal layer is epoxy laminated to
give immense strength

The wood-epoxy hull is light, solid, and strong

The hull is sanded and shaped

The hull is faired to produce a perfectly uniform
hull shape

The hull is turned over for the next stage

Light and strong hull, ready for internal work
and decking

The hull is moved back in the workshop

Deck frames and hatches are then installed

Inside woodwork is fitted to the owners layout

Electrical, power and plumbing systems are fitted
