• Insert into individual records at collection
  site
• for homogenous collections scripting to insert
  same Topic Category into each record
• for heterogeneous collections scripting to
  insert Topic Categories into each record using
  look-up table

• Apply during geodata.gov publisher registration
• edit lookup table to reference keywords contained
  within the collection
• Topic Categories will NOT be inserted into
  original records
