  of Gods people for works of service, so that
  the body of Christ may be built up. (Eph.
  412)
• Equipping - preparing Christians for service in
  the kingdom
• Built up - spiritual formation
• Leadership - the process of influence (social
  science definition)

  leadership.
• Servants - submit themselves to the lordship of
  Christ
• Stewards - entrusted with the message of
  reconciliation
• Shepherds - care for the flock

  higher education lay leaders.
• Type B - ministers such as elders and deacons
  with broader influence than Type A.
• Type C - full-time ministers in the local
  congregation, bi-vocational in the third world
  countries.

• Type E - Leaders with national international
  influence.
