  • A group of people working together for a common
    goal.

  • Process of enabling a group of people to reach
    their common goal.
  • Must possess a sense of unity among all of its
    members.
  • Have interpersonal relationships.
  • Members have must chance to contribute, learn
    from and work with others.

  • Among the most critical elements of a team is
  • A. That all team members are employed in the same
    unit, office or division.
  • B. A strong leader who will keep the team on
    track, at all costs.
