Cold sores?

• Cold Sores are also known as fever blisters, they
  are groups of blisters formed around the mouth.

What are they?

• To put it out as simple as possible, Cold Sores
  are Herpes.

Symptoms?

• The first symptoms of cold sores may include pain
  around your mouth and on your lips, a fever, a
  sore throat, or swollen glands in your neck or
  other parts of the body.
• Some people have the virus but don't get cold
  sores. They have no symptoms.

Treatments

• Treatments of medicine are given, but only for
  the pain. Medicine will only speed up the process
  of getting rid of Cold Sores by about 1-2 days.
  The average time it takes to get rid of them is
  around 2 weeks.
