Role of MIAR within the process of administrative
simplification
  • MIAR ensures through CUPAR
  • The coordination of the administrative procedures
    simplification process
  • The promotion of initiatives in the field of
    administrative simplification
  • Technical assistance for the central and local
    public authorities that carry out administrative
    simplification projects.

Simplification of car registration procedures
  • Project coordinated by MIAR trough CUPAR
  • Finalized in 2006 through adoption of GEO 63/2006
  • Stakeholders MIAR, MT, local public
    associations, NGOs
  • Objective To provide a quality, transparent,
    the least expensive and as fast as possible
    registration service.
  • Expected results
  • Introduction of the continuous registration
    concept - implicit radiation
  • Reduction in the number of required documents
    (from 12 to 5)
  • Reduction in the number of administrative
    procedures (from 10 to 4)
  • Development of an integrated IT system

Implementation of the one stop shop system
  • Project carried out by MIAR and coordinated by
    CUPAR
  • Finalized with the elaboration of the Methodology
    on the set up and functioning of the one stop
    shop, approved by OMAI no 1260/10.04.2006

Single Gateway Directive on
Services
  • Project coordinated by DAE with CUPAR as partner
  • Transposition of the Directive on services within
    the national legislation by December 28th 2009.
  • The set up of four special working groups to
    transpose and effectively implement the Directive
    2006/123/CE on services within the Internal Market
