Quiz Correction Procedure

• Make corrections on a separate sheet of paper.
• Properly head the paper and title it Quiz ___
  Corrections
• For each question missed
• Write the problem number
• Rework the problem correctly SHOWING ALL WORK!
• Explain why you missed the problem originally

• Attach corrections to the BACK of your quiz, then
  put them in tray.

Failure to follow procedure will result in
redoing the corrections at Silent Lunch.
