  • PERSONAL DISASTERS
  • Personal disasters such as house fire typically
    affect a single family or apartment.
  • Red Cross can provide
  • Food, shelter, clothing and other essential
    supplies for the first 72 hours
  • Blankets, hygiene kits (toothbrush, toothpaste,
    razor, etc.), stuffed animals, colouring books,
    and referrals

  • We were all a bunch of lost souls, not really
    knowing which way to turn, after the fire took
    our homes and there you were, right away! This
    was a very humbling experience and without the
    Red Cross to help many of us would have been in a
    dire position for sure.
