Install New VME Crate on 1/15/08

• Replace Horizontal 8 slot Tracewell with Vertical
  21 slot Dawn crate
• Better cooling
• Bigger power supply
• Horizontal Board did not come up with new crate
  installed
• Found FPGA dead
• Replaced Horizontal Board with Spare
• No firmware change
• No glitches observed for 1 week

Install Firmware Update on 1/23/08

• Add more data latches around arithmatic
  operations to improve timing stability
• Add more diagnostic peak detectors kick alarms
  on both systems
• Fixed onboard diagnostic buffers
• Record Inputs (A-B), Intensity(AB), Kick data
• Capture 7 turns at 212MHz
