• TF created through Resolution GSC-15/33
• Jacques Hulshof (ETSI) was appointed as Convenor.
• An email list was setup in September 2011.
• a progress report to GSC-16 reported no real
  activity at GSC-level and proposed holding a
  meeting in 2012.
• since GSC-16 TF has been dormant
• No exchange of information no messages
  exchanged
• No meetings held
• Do we keep this task Force open ?
• No real need identified though initial interest
  shown
