Gross Examination 1-SRF consist of total
gastrectomy , greater curvature M25 cm and
lesser curvature M19 cm , on section there is
ulceroinfiltrative lesion M147 cm creamy and
firm with full thickness involvment . There is 6
lymph nodes in the lesser curvature , omentum
M3020 cm yellow incolor and with nodular area
creamy with firm consistency composed of two
lymph nodes. SOS 17/9 Microscopic
Examination 1-HE stained sections of gastric
wall show carcinomatous lesion composed of
atypical cells arranged in glands or individual
cells .The tumor extended to omentum tissue and
metastatized to 8 lymph nodes .Margins are free
. Diagnosis Impression 1-DXStomach , total
gasterectomy Adenocarcinoma , mixed intestinal
and diffuse type . -Involvment of omentum
. Metastases to 8 lymph nodes . Free margins . T3
