4-ea ¾ bolts to Offset flange. This flange has
central hole 1 offset from center. Bottom View
shows Outlet side. This couples with twin
flanges using 18-ea holes 10-32 tapped
holes Both ends of Rigaku assembly has
o-ring groves. So end-flanges only need polished
surfaces

• Inlet Side of Rigaku Assembly
• Center section in recessed from outer edge.
• Outer bolt holes 4-ea (3/4) on 7 diameter
  circle.
• O-ring groove has ID5¾.
• Recessed portion of surface has an OD5½.
• Central hole 3.0.
• Mating flange should be offset exactly 1.0.

Transmission Hole is 3 dia., 1 offset

  radius)
• O-ring grove diameter is ID 3 , OD 3 3/8
