Fertilization Investment

• In 2007 Mel Scott presented work by Stegemoeller
  and Chappell (1990), that focuses on investment
  management.
• He demonstrates that the higher the market
  selling price of timber, the earlier and high the
  internal rate of return (IRR) peak of the
  investment.

Strategic Timber Flow

• FRPA provides the forest licence holder the
  flexibility to plan and schedule harvesting
• No vehicle for TSA strategic management
• therefore, working with BCTS planners for the
  short term
• Develop a TSA working group to develop policies
  regarding coordination of investment.
