- Ingredients
- One 20 ounce can of grapefruit in 100 juice
- 1 pound bag of diced jicama
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder

- Preparation
- Drain grapefruit, reserving ¼ cup of the juice.
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and
gently toss together. - Place into bowls for each group.
- Each student puts 2 tablespoons in a small cup.
- Eat immediately.
