• Jobs guidance
• New Guidance was issued December 18th by OMB
• The method/formula for calculating jobs was
  simplified to use a percentage of FTE to express
  jobs created or retained.
• Jobs are counted quarterly -no longer cumulative
• Resulting in new ARRA Jobs Guidelines draft
  date 1/12/2010
