• It is used for future intentions or plans already
  made.

• It is used for schedule plans in the future.

• The bus leaves at 300 p.m.

When to use the future progressive?

• It is used to talk about actions that will be in
  progress at a specific time in the future.

• Will be ving is used more often than be going
  to be ving.
