  Internet access, use email, a cell phone, a
  digital camera, HDTV, have an iPod, or watch
  DVDs?
• Weve grown accustomed to the rapid introduction
  of astounding new information communication
  services.
• Even so, recent advances provide the ability to
  exchange, find, access, and utilize information
  on a global basis in undreamed of ways.

• The WWW is great, we embrace the new technology -
  but, there are questions and worries we wonder
  how we will cope with all this change.
