Health/Wellness course purpose
  • The purpose of this course is to critically
    examine wellness concepts within the context of a
    spiritual (distinctively Christian) commitment.
    From this perspective, students will be
    encouraged to adopt attitudes and make behavioral
    choices that support spiritual values. Course
    content will be presented through active learning
    activities, discussion, and laboratory
    experiences.
