• Mechanical Valves are thrombogenic requires
  long-term anticoagulation
• Thrombosis causes restriction of the disk
  movement
• Stenosis regurgitation will occur
• Infection
• Wearing out
• Leaks
• Jamming
• Sticking
• Biprosthetic Degeneration
