• Peking Opera is a popular art form in China.
  There are four main roles. Sheng (leading male
  roles), Dan (leading female roles), Jing (heroes
  and warriors), and Chou (clown-like roles)

• The performers all have their special costumes,
  make-up and movements. Audience members can
  easily identify the good or evil characters on
  stage by the colors and designs on their painted
  faces.
