perform the following fiducial seeding for DTI
tractography.

- Load tensor image
- Create a fiducial list
- Configure Tractography module
- Configure NeuroNav module
6Load Tensor Image
Go to Volumes module to load the tensor image
7Create a Fiducial List
Move your mouse into any 2D slice window and then
press P key while holing left mouse button. You
will see a fiducial right way, which is named
L-P
8Configure Tractography Module
- Go to Fiducial Seeding by the following
sequence - Modules -gt Tractography -gt Seeding -gt Fiducial
Seeding - In the tab of Tractography Seeding From
Fiducial - Set L for Select FiducialList or Model
- Set Create New Fiber Bundle for Output Fiber

9Configure Tractography Module
Set two values
10Configure NeuroNav Module
Set the node name to BioImageSuite
Click this button to start seeding
11Result
- At this point, you should see fiducial seeding
of DTI tractography on fly. Check the tutorial
for comparison. -
