  • What options does a person who does not plan on

High Five for Healthy Hands
  • Use page 57 to create a health goal for your self
    that we will discuss weekly in class. You will
    earn a star sticker each week the you have made
    progress on your goal.
  • Trace your hand on the paper. Write your first
    and last name and your goal on your hand and cut
    it out to hang on the wall.
