Organizational Ethics Issue Resolution PowerPoint
2
Issue clarification
  • Unethical
  • Mistreatment of animals
  • Mistreatment of humans

3
Stakeholder analysis
  • Stakeholder analysis involves the study of
different groups, such as employees, customers
    and shareholders.

4
Primary stakeholders
  • Primary stakeholders in this case are the human
workers in the organization. Apart from this, the
customers who are not aware about the ingredients
of these products are also affected by this issue
    in a great way.

5
Secondary stakeholders
  • Secondary stakeholders in this case are the
intermediaries, who play a major role in the
production and delivery of the products to the
customers. Here in this case Mc Donald is the
    secondary stakeholder.

6
Key stakeholders
  • Key stakeholders are the persons whose interest
is very important for the organization. In this
case, shareholders are the key stakeholders
    (Stakeholder analysis and stakeholder
    participation, 2008).

7
Value identification
  • Shareholders are fairly provided their expected
profit or share through the business. There is
enough privacy about the important information of
the project, but there is lack of the values,
which emphasize on the fact to respect the life
of others, such as animals and treat with the
human beings in an appropriate manner.

8
Issue resolution
  • This step of ethical decision making refers to
the ways adopted to resolve the issue in an
effective manner. To solve the issue, there are
various alternatives, such as to reduce the
quantity of beef content in the products, to add
the information in ingredients about the beef
content, to conduct research about the views of
general public on the product, etc (Ethical
    Decision Making Framework, 2006).
