  • Ethics basically refers to issues of right wrong
    fairness and justice, and business ethics focuses
    on ethical issues that arise in the commercial
    realm .

  • Friedman criticised csr for three reasons
  • Corporate philanthropy (organisations giving

    support good causes
  • Corporations cannot possess responsibilities
