Aim of project
  • To support, enable and empower people with early
    stage dementia and their families/supporters to
    take control of their own lives and to connect
    their hopes, dreams and aspirations, with the
    supports they need, in order to have the life
    they want now and in the future.

  • Diagnosis of early stage dementia in last six
    months
  • All ages
  • All types of dementia
  • Renfrewshire/East Renfrewshire
  • PWD wants post-diagnostic support
