Steps for a proper lift
  1. Get close to the object
  2. Bend at knees, place one knee on floor
  3. Keep back straight
  4. Test weight of object
  5. Grasp object
  6. Lift with thigh muscles, tightening abs when you
    rise up
  7. Hold object close to body.
  8. Turn body as if one unit.
  9. Bend at knees and place object down
