- Deals with complaints concerning discrimination
- The Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) will
take action if they feel there is sufficient
grounds of discrimination - Individuals have a right to issue a complaint if
they feel they have been discriminated against - The CHRC may refuse to accept a complaint if it
has not been filed within a certain period of
time, it is believed to be minor, or if it was
filed in bad faith.

- Occurs as behaviour of a sexual nature that
affects a persons employment in the working

policy in place with the proper steps to take if
