    and be able to type by touch (without looking) to
    pass keyboarding.
  • You DO NOT need to type fast or be concerned with
    a few errors when technique is being evaluated.
  • You DO need to type with acceptable technique on
    all areas indicated on the Keyboarding Technique
    form.

  • You will take 5-minute timed writings throughout
    the course as they appear in the lessons you
    complete.
  • You need 3 best timed writings to qualify within
    a designated grade category.
  • The best 3 timed writings will be part of your
    final grade.
