The provincial occupancy volume of water resource
per capita is 2783 cubic meter, in which the
eastern basin is 1353 cubic meter, the western
plateau is 16171 cubic meter. The cities, with
the volume of water resource per capita higher
than the average values are Aba (50704m³), Gan
Zi (46476m³), Yaan (8168m³), Liangshan (5448m³),
Guang Yuan (3620m³), Pan Zhihua (3218m³). Other
15 cities volume of water resource per capita
are lower than the average value. The lowest is

total amount of discharge is quite huge with its
quantity generating fast and low level for
treatment.

capacity of treatment 4 hundred thousand cubic
meters, total investment 560 million Yuan,
covering about 463 acres.

    pollution.With emissions of CODcr and NH3-N
    549,300 and 58,700 tonnes annually.

    oxidation ditch, SBR, CASS, membrane reactor,
    fluidized bed, magnetic separation technology.

  • The selection of treatment technology
    is according to the requirement of achieving
    discharge standard. To reach A level and first
    discharging class, membrane reactor is

    sludge are recommended.
