officials, in 22 schools HM (with other teachers
and MCMs) and in rest of the schools both
teachers and cook-cum-helpers decide the menu. - Menu includes locally available items in majority
of (41) schools.
10Infrastructure Pucca kitchen-cum-store
- MDM prepared within classroom in 6 schools,
within office room in 1 school and in temporary
kitchen in rest 3 schools (where pucca
kitchen-cum-store is not available). - In 30 schools, kitchen-cum-stores found in
hygienic condition, properly ventilated and away
from classrooms. - MDM cooked by firewood in most (38) of the
schools.
